Justice Bulkachuwa constitutes tribunal for kogi governorship election.

The president of the Court of Appeal Hon. Justice Adamu Bulkachuwa has constituted the kogi state governorship and Houses of Assembly tribunal to hear and determine petitions arising from the outcome of the November 16, 2019 elections.

In a press release made available to Journalists in lokoja on Wednesday and signed by Umar Abubakar Esq noted that the tribunal will also entertain petitions arising from the conduct of November 30, 2019 supplementary and rerun elections into Kogi West Senatorial constituency and Ajaokuta Federal Constituency..

The release stated that the registry and Secretariat of the tribunal is located at the FCT High Court, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.
He urged those wishing to file election petitions or want further inquiry should contact the tribunal for actions.
However, the statement was silent on the membership of the tribunal.

On his part. Chairman of the advisory committee and commissioner of police Nasarawa state Mr Bola longey promised to discharge their duty diligently to ensure free crime society. Members of the committee include other security chiefs chairman traditional council of chiefs, religious and community leaders among others.
